Marco Malavarca, Principal and founder of MARCO MALAVARCA ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN, LLC, has decades of experience specializing in high-quality new construction, restoration and historic preservation.
 

After receiving his Bachelor’s of Architecture and Masters of Science in Historic Preservation from Pratt Institute, Marco went on to work for notable firms in New York City and San Francisco that specialized in high end residential architecture and interiors as well as restoration. His understanding of construction, in tandem with his extensive knowledge of local zoning guidelines and restrictions has helped to navigate his client's blue sky ideas to their ultimate design and construction.

 

Marco has been a Licensed Architect in the State of New Jersey since 2020.
